According to Healthline, protein shakes can cause pain, and bloating in some people especially in those who have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or lactose intolerance. You may enjoy your cup of coffee every morning and for relaxation. Although this drink is not a GI irritant, Sauceda furthers in the interview that some people are allergic to caffeine and they may be able to notice stomach issues like gas and excessive trips to the bathroom. Gastroenterologist, Dr. Roger Gerard, MD said in an interview with Insider that any kind of coffee may excite the digestive tract and trigger spasms in the bowel that can cause bloating.

Good thing that bloating is a temporary reaction when you eat too much or is triggered by something you drank. But lessening these beverages can help you avoid being bloated and feeling uneasy after supper. Drink more water because it may also help in easing the bloating of your belly.
